To ensure that all patients are seen in an organized, timely manner, we ask that you make an appointment before bringing your pet in to see your veterinarian. If your pet is facing a medical emergency, if possible please still phone us before coming in. This allows your veterinarian and health care team to prepare for your pet’s arrival.

We want to make your pet’s visit as comfortable as possible. If your pet becomes anxious while waiting in our reception area, let us know and we will make a quiet exam room available for you as soon as possible.  If your pet has a potentially contagious condition, please inform our staff so that we can organize your appointment accordingly.

We make every effort to see to your pet in a timely manner. However, occasionally emergency cases cause delays. We appreciate your patience when this happens.
