Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Toledo got her degree as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2008. After several years working in general practice, emergency, and critical care she decided to travel and explore both the outside world and the veterinary field abroad. Once arriving in Vancouver, she fell in love with this beautiful city and the Veterinary field in it.
For years, emergency and critical care were some of her main interests. While she still enjoys the challenges of emergency medicine, she learned she could better improve her patients quality of life working with preventive medicine but also offering excellent care in all circumstances.
In her spare time, you will find Dr. Toledo exploring BC, or playing different sports, especially at the beach. Sometimes if she is lucky you will find her enjoying a bit of quiet time reading a good book.
She has 2 pets, a dog named Jax and a cat named Julio, both rescues.
