WE ARE OPEN FOR DIRECTED ENTRY INSIDE THE HOSPITAL

 

Previous restrictions surrounding travel, sickness or exposure to COVID-19 still apply

MASKS or alternate face coverings are mandatory while inside the hospital

 

There is a limit of ONE PERSON to accompany each pet. Exceptions will be made for euthanasia appointments (2 people maximum).

 

For veterinarian consultation appointments:

When you arrive with your pet, please make your way to the main entrance, enter the main reception lobby, and check in with our client services staff. You will be shown to the appropriate waiting area to wait for your appointment. The veterinarians will be discussing your pet with you over the phone so please bring your mobile phone to the appointment. You will then be asked to wait in the waiting room while the veterinarian examines your pet with the assistance of a veterinary technician, if needed.

 

For technician appointment (nail trims, etc):

When you arrive with your pet, please make your way to the main entrance, enter the main reception lobby, and check in with our client services staff. You will be shown to the appropriate waiting area where you will await the technician appointment. The technician will come into the reception lobby and will pickup your pet for their procedure. When your pet is inside, you may join the general lineup to organize billing.

 

For *pre-paid* food and prescription pickups:

When you call in to order prescriptions or medications, we will encourage pre-payment over the phone. When you arrive, we will direct you to the area for pre-paid food pickup. If you are picking up a prescription, we will get the prescription that is waiting for you.

 

Surgical drop-off and pickup:

When pets are dropped off for surgery or picked up from surgery, clients will join the normal lineup and will be helped by client services staff one person at a time.
