We are happy to book an appointment for your pet! The following form may be used to request a non-emergency appointment that will take place at least 2 full business days after the time of the submission. This is not an automatic process. After you submit the form, we will contact you within 2 business days to schedule an appointment. If your appointment has not been confirmed within 2 business days, please call the office. Please note, these requests are only checked Monday – Friday. If you are a new client, please submit a New Client Registration Form, this will expedite the check-in process during your first visit.

If you are unsure whether your pet needs to be seen urgently, please call us at 604-464-3343. You can also use our Sick Pet Helper, located in the Pet Health section of our website.

  • Please list any pets in need of an appointment here.
  • Your request must take place 2 full business days after the time of submission. We will try to accommodate your first choice, but please submit two alternative dates. Surgery is only performed Monday to Friday.

  • Appointment hours: Mon - Fri: 9am-12pm, 2-6pm | Sat: 9am-5pm | Sun: 10am-2pm
  • We want your pet(s) to be Facebook Famous! But we need your permission first. We may use photos and/or video of your pet(s) for educational or marketing purposes (including but not limited to print, video, web, and social media).
  • I understand that if my pet is in need of emergency or urgent care, I should contact the office directly by phone at 604-464-3343. Scheduling an appointment online can take up to 2 business days.
