Arriving a few minutes early for your appointment will help us to obtain your information and check your pet into the hospital before your consultation begins. If you are going to be late, or have to reschedule your appointment, please contact our hospital as soon as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24 hours’ notice is greatly appreciated.

For the safety of all pets and owners, we ask that you have your pet on a leash or in a carrier while waiting in the reception area.
